Abstract

This very scientific article intends to drill into, and shed light on, the candent topics of law and economics behavioral law and economics on the breadth and scope of criminal procedural law. Portuguese´s speaking countries criminal procedure law is currently undergoing moments of profound transition and overhauling, to which this very scientific article aims to highlight its momentous importance. Chiefly from the consensual justice maximization standpoint: a categorical imperative as for the feasibility and sustainability of the criminal procedural law of the forthcoming future.
