Taking the usual practices into account

Abstract

Legal analysis today focuses on texts (laws, decrees, rulings, contracts...). As dense and complex as it is, this analysis seems incomplete; It neglects non-written links resulting in particular from oral declarations, implicit agreements, informal positions, principles, customs, usages, etc. This last intuition invites us to take into account usual practices.
