Reflections on interpretation facing the new economic freedom law

Abstract

The Economic Freedom Law brought significant changes to the general theory of legal business and the general theory of contracts in the Brazilian Civil Code. The article was produced as a substitute in the bibliographical review of the doctrine, it will face the legislative novelties brought about in the legal business and in the general theory of contracts. The study will trace the lines offered by the legislator, analyzing the scope of the principle of autonomy of will with the entire social evolution of contracts, especially when confronted with the movement of constitutionalization of Civil Law that took place in the last 30 years.
